Human CDKN3 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the accurate quantification of Cyclin Dependent Kinase Inhibitor 3 (CDKN3) levels in human samples. CDKN3 acts as a regulator of cell cycle progression, and its dysregulation has been implicated in diseases including cancer, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease progression and therapeutic interventions.

Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit should be stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

Validation data include linearity at dilution ratios of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 for serum (87–99%, 82–99%, 85–102%), EDTA plasma (84–100%, 82–101%, 85–104%), and heparin plasma (83–98%, 82–99%, 91–104%). Recovery ranges were 86–100% (average 97%) for serum, 87–103% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 88–100% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The procedure involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation, HRP-Streptavidin binding, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
