Human Cdk8 ELISA Kit

CDK8 is a cyclin-dependent kinase with a role in regulating gene transcription and cell cycle progression. The procedure involves sequential incubation steps with a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate development and absorbance reading at 450 nm.

Linearity has been demonstrated across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8. Recovery ranges are reported as 88-103% in serum (average 98%), 92-100% in EDTA plasma (average 96%), and 85-103% in heparin plasma (average 95%).
