Human CDK12/CrkRS ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human CDK12 (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 12) / CrkRS (C-terminal Region Kinase Related Sequence) in human samples. The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids, with reactivity reported for human samples.

Performance figures quoted from the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 46.875pg/ml and an assay range of 78.125-5000pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery evaluation gave 89-105% recovery (average 97%) in serum, 87-104% (average 95%) in EDTA plasma, and 89-105% (average 97%) in UFH plasma. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was reported as 85-97% / 85-97% / 85-104% for serum, 84-101% / 83-101% / 82-92% for EDTA plasma, and 80-99% / 80-100% / 80-96% for UFH plasma. Intra-Assay CV is reported as CV<8% and Inter-Assay CV as CV<10%.

The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months and is labelled For Research Use Only. CDK12 is described as a Ser/Thr protein kinase of the CMGC group and CDK family (UniProt Q9NYV4), implicated in cancers including breast cancer, ovarian cancer and gastric cancer.
