Human CDK1 ELISA Kit

Designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of CDK1 concentrations in human samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids using a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection. CDK1 is a key regulator of cell division, acting as the catalytic subunit of the M-phase promoting factor (MPF) complex essential for G1/S and G2/M phase transitions of the cell cycle. Dysregulation of CDK1 has been implicated in cancer and developmental disorders, supporting its relevance as a potential therapeutic target.

Reported sensitivity is 0.094ng/ml with a standard range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery validation gave 85-105% recovery (average 94%) in serum, 90-105% (average 99%) in EDTA plasma, and 85-97% (average 92%) in UFH plasma. Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 serial dilutions, and precision was reported as intra-assay CV<8% and inter-assay CV<10%. The kit is intended for research use only and is stored at 4°C for 6 months.
