Human CDA/Cytidine deaminase ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human CDA (Cytidine deaminase) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric and based on a biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Target synonyms include CDA, Cytidine aminohydrolase and CDD (UniProt P32320), with cell biology indicated as the research area. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions spans 81–104% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, with recovery in the range 85–103% and matrix-dependent averages of 90–95%.
