Human CD86 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie, with reactivity against human samples, designed for the detection of CD86 (also referred to as B7-2). The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant, and detects natural human soluble CD86 with no cross-reactivity reported against other human soluble molecules.

Key performance specifications include an assay range of 1.187 U/ml to 38 U/ml, a sensitivity of 0.6 U/ml, a sample volume of 100 µl, and an incubation time of 2h40. The kit uses a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair alongside a purified recombinant protein to generate consistent standard curves, with calibration to NIBSC. All reagents have been validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems.

Reagents supplied include pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure. The assay recognises both natural and recombinant antigen and is developed for immunology research in pharmaceutical and biotech settings.
