Human CD86/B7-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0401)

The Human CD86/B7-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie quantitatively measures the type I transmembrane glycoprotein CD86, also known as B7-2, in human samples using a pre-coated microplate. CD86 is a co-stimulatory molecule expressed on antigen-presenting cells, including dendritic cells, macrophages, and B lymphocytes, where it engages CD28 and CTLA-4 on T cells to modulate immune activation and tolerance.

This immunoassay supports research into autoimmune disease mechanisms, transplant rejection, inflammatory disorders, and immune checkpoint biology in oncology. The assay uses a human-specific capture antibody, requires a 100 uL sample volume, and reagents are supplied refrigerated. The microplate format enables processing of up to 96 samples in a single run.
