Human CD83 (CD83 antigen) ELISA Kit (HUFI05380)

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of CD83 antigen in human samples. The assay employs a double antibody format with colorimetric readout and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The kit has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a standard curve range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Components are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Validated linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma demonstrates recovery ranges of 80–104% at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with spike-and-recovery averages of 94% (serum), 92% (EDTA plasma), and 96% (heparin plasma). The assay is read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development and a stop reaction step.
