Human CD75/ST6GAL1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise quantification of CD75 (also known as ST6GAL1) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric and the assay is configured as a double-antibody sandwich format. CD75/ST6GAL1 is an enzyme involved in the synthesis of sialylated glycoproteins and glycolipids, contributing to cell adhesion, signal transduction, and immune response modulation, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer and autoimmune disorders.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL, and is intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma is documented at dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 (n = 5), with recoveries of 87-95% in serum (average 91%), 89-103% in EDTA plasma (average 97%) and 89-103% in heparin plasma (average 96%). The procedure follows sequential incubations culminating in TMB substrate development and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
