Human CD63 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0394)

CD63 (TSPAN30) is a tetraspanin-family transmembrane protein most often studied as a classical marker of exosomes, late endosomes, lysosomes, and platelet dense granules. The Human CD63 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is configured for quantitative measurement of this tetraspanin in human samples, with reactivity restricted to the human species. The kit supports work in exosome biology, platelet activation studies, melanoma and tumor cell invasion research, and immunology, where CD63 surface expression or release into the cellular microenvironment is being investigated. Each kit is supplied with reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations, including a standard curve for interpolating unknown sample concentrations. The colorimetric readout is captured on a standard microplate reader. To preserve analyte integrity, samples should be aliquoted and stored refrigerated prior to assay. Intended for research use only.
