Human CD62E PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the detection of CD62E (also known as ELAM-1 or E-Selectin) in human samples. It uses a colorimetric detection method and is intended for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.5 ng/ml and an assay range of 1 ng/ml – 32 ng/ml, using a sample size of 100 µl and an incubation time of 2h10. The assay recognizes both natural and recombinant human soluble ELAM-1, with no cross-reactivity against other human adhesion molecules.

Each kit contains pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls (where applicable), buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure. Reagents are validated under ISO 9001:2000 quality systems, with standard calibration to NIBSC. The kit features a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein for generating consistent standard curves.
