Human CD52/CAMPATH-1 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human CD52, also known as the CAMPATH-1 antigen, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CD52 is a cell surface glycoprotein that plays a key role in immune response regulation and may serve as a potential biomarker for autoimmune disorders, leukemia, and transplant rejection.

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development. It provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) was 85-103%, 86-102%, 90-99% for serum; 84-101%, 86-99%, 82-91% for EDTA plasma; and 81-92%, 83-99%, 92-100% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 93% for serum (range 87-97%), 94% for EDTA plasma (range 85-103%), and 100% for heparin plasma (range 96-105%).

Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The kit is intended for research use in immunology, oncology, and transplant medicine.
