The Assay Genie Human CD51/Integrin alpha-V PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of integrin alpha-V (ITGAV, CD51) in human research samples, with reactivity specific to the human target. CD51 pairs with several β-subunits (β1, β3, β5, β6, β8) to form heterodimeric integrins that engage RGD motifs in ligands such as vitronectin, fibronectin, fibrinogen, and osteopontin, supporting investigations of cell adhesion, angiogenesis, tumor invasion, vascular biology, and bone remodeling.

Supplied as a 96-assay microplate format with pre-coated wells and a sandwich ELISA standard curve typically spanning roughly 0.16–10 ng/mL of recombinant ITGAV. Unopened kits should be stored at 2–8 °C; reconstituted standards and detection antibody vials should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, protected from light, with limited freeze-thaw cycles.
