Human CD44 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

CD44 is a broadly expressed transmembrane glycoprotein that binds hyaluronic acid and mediates cell adhesion, lymphocyte homing, and tumor cell migration. This colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses pre-coated capture antibodies on a 96-well microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP, and TMB substrate read at 450 nm. The assay accepts cell culture supernatants and serum, with a standard curve covering the low pg/ml range and intra-/inter-assay CV typically under 10%. Typical protocol uses 100 µl of sample per well and runs in approximately 3.5 hours at room temperature with washing steps between incubations. Components include two pre-coated 96-well plates, lyophilized standards, detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP concentrate, wash buffer, substrate, and stop solution. Store unopened kits refrigerated at 2-8 °C, and avoid more than three freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted standards.
