Human CD39/ENTPD1 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the quantitative measurement of Human CD39 in serum, plasma and biological fluids. The microplate is pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human CD39, with a biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP conjugate completing the sandwich format. The color change is read at 450nm ± 10nm after addition of TMB substrate and stop reagent. The target is referenced by the synonyms CD39, SPG64, ATPDase and NTPDase-1, and is associated with UniProt ID P49961.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 11.7 pg/mL, a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL and a standard at 2000 pg/mL. Total assay time is 3.5h. Linearity in serum (n=5) ranges from 83-103% across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions, EDTA plasma shows 87-105% and heparin plasma 83-104%. Recovery averages 85% in serum (range 78-92%), 95% in EDTA plasma (range 83-99%) and 89% in heparin plasma (range 81-97%). Intra-assay precision is CV%<8% and inter-assay precision is CV%<10%.
