Human CD32/FcGR2 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of human CD32, also known as Fc gamma receptor II. Using a double-antibody sandwich format, the assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

CD32 binds to the Fc portion of immunoglobulins and plays a critical role in regulating immune responses. Dysregulation of CD32 expression has been associated with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for immunological research. The kit delivers a sensitivity of 28.125 pg/mL across a working range of 46.875–3000 pg/mL.

The workflow involves a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin binding, and color development with TMB substrate, with absorbance measured at 450 nm. Reagents remain stable at 2–8°C for 12 months.
