Quantitative measurement of soluble CD30 Ligand (TNFSF8) in human samples is achieved with this Assay Genie immunoassay, supporting research into immune signaling within the TNF receptor superfamily. The kit targets a type II transmembrane cytokine, also referred to as CD153, that engages CD30 (TNFRSF8) on activated lymphocytes. This receptor–ligand pair has been implicated in T cell costimulation, germinal center B cell dynamics, and the pathology of classical Hodgkin lymphoma as well as anaplastic large cell lymphoma.

Each kit supplies reagents sufficient for 96 assays arranged on a microplate, compatible with standard absorbance-based plate readers.
