Human CD276/B7-H3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human CD276 (B7-H3) levels in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format, the kit offers a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL, and it is read colorimetrically at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

CD276, also known as B7-H3, is an immune checkpoint and costimulatory/coinhibitory protein implicated in immune regulation, T-cell activation, and a range of disease contexts including cancer, inflammatory conditions, and autoimmune disorders, making it a useful biomarker for research into disease progression and therapeutic intervention. Assay performance has been validated for linearity and recovery; for example, serum recovery averaged 96% across the tested range, and EDTA plasma and heparin plasma recoveries averaged 95% and 93%, respectively. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C, protected from direct light where indicated, with unopened components stable for up to 12 months.

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents, incubating standards and samples on the pre-coated plate, binding a biotin-labeled detection antibody, adding HRP-Streptavidin, developing with TMB substrate, and stopping the reaction prior to absorbance reading.
