Human CD262 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PharmaGenie range is developed with pharmaceutical and biotech research in mind, making this Sandwich ELISA Kit a key tool for immunology research. The kit is designed for the detection of CD262, also known as DR5 or TRAIL R2, in human samples including serum, cell lysates and cell culture supernatant. Detection is colorimetric, and the kit uses a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein to generate consistent standard curves. Reagents are validated to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems, with standard calibration to NIBSC, and the assay recognises both natural and recombinant antigen.

Quantitative performance figures from the manufacturer are an assay range of 31.25 pg/ml - 1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 6 pg/ml. Specificity is for human TRAIL R2 / DR5, with no cross-reactivity observed against TRAIL, CD117, IL-6R, IL-2R, CD116, TRAIL R1, TRAIL R3, TRAIL R4, CD178 and Granzyme B. The protocol uses a 100 µl sample volume with a 2h30 incubation time.
