Human CD253 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the detection of CD253, also referred to by the alias APO2L. The assay is intended for use with human samples and is suitable for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant, using a colorimetric detection method on pre-coated strip plates.

Quoted performance characteristics include an assay range of 93.75 pg/ml to 3000 pg/ml and a stated sensitivity of 64 pg/ml. Standards are calibrated to NIBSC, and the matched antibody pair is reported to recognise both natural and recombinant soluble human TRAIL with no cross-reactivity to other human soluble molecules. The protocol uses a 100 µl sample and a total incubation time of 3h45.
