Human CD23/FCER2 ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of CD23 (FCER2) in human samples. The double-antibody immunoassay targets CD23 (FCER2), a key molecule involved in immune regulation, B-cell differentiation, and allergic responses, with reported dysregulation linked to autoimmune and allergic conditions. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Sensitivity is rated at 18.75 pg/mL with a working range of 31.25 to 2000 pg/mL. The procedure follows a straightforward workflow: equilibrate reagents and load standards, samples, and controls onto the pre-coated plate; incubate at 37 °C for antigen binding; add biotinylated detection antibody; bind HRP-streptavidin; develop with TMB substrate in the dark; stop the reaction and read absorbance at 450 nm.
