Human CD226 ELISA Kit (HUFI04572)

The CD226 ELISA from Assay Genie supports quantitative measurement of human cluster of differentiation 226, also known as DNAM-1, in laboratory samples. CD226 is a transmembrane immunoglobulin superfamily receptor found on natural killer cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T cells, and platelets. It engages the poliovirus receptor (CD155) and nectin-2 (CD112) to promote cell adhesion, lytic granule polarization, and formation of the immunological synapse. Researchers in tumor immunology, transplant rejection studies, and viral pathogenesis investigate CD226 because altered expression has been reported in chronic viral infections and certain leukemias.
