Human CD177 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of CD177 in human samples. CD177, also known as Human Neutrophil Antigen (HNA-2a), is a cell surface glycoprotein primarily expressed on neutrophils and is involved in immune responses, with links to inflammatory and neutrophil-specific autoimmune conditions.

The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL and the assay range is 78.125-5000 pg/mL. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. The workflow involves incubation with a biotin-labeled detection antibody followed by HRP-Streptavidin, with signal developed using TMB substrate and absorbance measured at 450 nm.
