Human CD177 antigen (CD177) ELISA Kit

The kit demonstrates a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 36pg/mL, and is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

The assay exhibits strong reproducibility, with an intra-assay CV of 4.9% and an inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples, while specificity is confirmed against both natural and recombinant human CD177 antigen. Recovery ranges from 80-92% in serum and 82-94% in plasma.

CD177 is a GPI-anchored cell surface glycoprotein involved in neutrophil activation, blood coagulation, and leukocyte migration, with documented associations with inflammatory and autoimmune disorders.
