The Assay Genie Human CD164 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit relies on a human-specific capture antibody for quantitative detection of CD164, also known as sialomucin core protein 24 or endolyn, a cell-surface mucin expressed on CD34+ hematopoietic progenitors and investigated in the context of cell adhesion, hematopoiesis, and tumor biology.

Reconstituted standards and biotinylated detection antibody are kept refrigerated; the pre-coated microplate strip is supplied in a sealed foil pouch with desiccant to protect the capture antibody from moisture, and unused strips can be returned to the resealed pouch for short-term storage.

Intended for in vitro research use only, this kit supports investigations of CD34+ progenitor biology, leukemia surface marker profiling, and CD164 expression within solid tumor microenvironments, working with cell culture supernatant and human donor plasma or serum samples.
