Human CD155/PVR PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0363)

CD155, also known as the poliovirus receptor (PVR), is a transmembrane immunoglobulin-family glycoprotein studied both as the cellular entry receptor for poliovirus and as a ligand for the immune checkpoint receptors TIGIT and CD96, as well as the co-stimulatory receptor DNAM-1 (CD226). The Assay Genie Human CD155/PVR ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of soluble CD155 in research samples using a colorimetric immunoassay workflow on conventional microplate readers, supporting studies in tumor immunology, NK and T cell regulation, and antiviral biology.

Configured as a 96-assay kit, the workflow uses pre-coated plate wells together with supplied standards, detection antibody, and substrate to generate a calibration curve from which sample concentrations are interpolated. Recommended sample matrices include cell culture supernatant from human cell line experiments and donor-derived plasma or serum. The colorimetric endpoint is read on any standard ELISA plate reader, allowing laboratories to add CD155 quantification to existing immunoassay pipelines without specialized equipment.
