Human CD141 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the detection of CD141 (also known as Thrombomodulin) in human samples using a colorimetric detection method. Reagents have been validated according to ISO 9001:2000 quality systems, with standards calibrated to NIBSC.

The assay uses a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair and recognises both natural and recombinant human soluble thrombomodulin, with no cross-reactivity with other human soluble molecules tested. It is suitable for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples. The quoted assay range is 0.625 ng/ml - 20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.31 ng/ml, and the incubation time is 1h45. The required sample volume is 100 µl (50 µl for serum/plasma).

Each kit contains pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents and a detailed procedure, supported by a purified recombinant protein to generate consistent standard curves.
