Human CD138 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's PharmaGenie ELISA Kit is a colorimetric sandwich immunoassay designed for the quantitative detection of CD138 (Syndecan-1) in human samples. The assay recognises natural human soluble syndecan-1 and shows no cross-reactivity with other human soluble molecules, supporting reliable measurement in cell culture supernatants as well as in more complex serum and plasma matrices.

Validated for serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant using a 100 µl sample size, the kit delivers a reported measuring range of 8 ng/ml – 256 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 2.56 ng/ml and a total incubation of 1h45. Reagents supplied include pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate, stop reagents, buffers, and a detailed procedure.
