Human CD135/Flt3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA developed by Assay Genie for the measurement of CD135/Flt3 in human samples. The assay uses a double-antibody configuration with colorimetric detection and is suited to research applications in immunology.

The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 37.5 pg/mL and a standard range of 62.5–4000 pg/mL. Linearity data is provided for 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, with recovery ranging between 85–105% depending on the matrix. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C and remain stable for 12 months under those conditions. The target protein corresponds to Uniprot entry P36888 and gene ID 2322.
