Human CD134/OX40 ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of CD134 (OX40) in human samples, this sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is suitable for serum and plasma, and also supports cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

Using a colorimetric detection method with TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm, the assay offers a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a measurable range of 7.8–500 pg/mL. The procedure includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation, and TMB color development. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months.
