Human CD130 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

Designed for immunology research, this Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables colorimetric detection of human CD130, also known as gp130. The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant samples and recognises both natural and recombinant human soluble gp130. No cross-reactivity is reported with other human soluble receptors, and no interference is observed with soluble gp80 or IL-6.

Reported performance specifications include an assay range of 56.25 pg/ml – 1800 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 15 pg/ml, using a sample volume of 100 µl, with standards calibrated to NIBSC. All reagents have been validated under ISO 9001:2000 quality systems. The kit relies on a highly optimised monoclonal antibody pair together with a purified recombinant protein to generate consistent standard curves, and is developed with the pharmaceutical and biotech research sectors in mind.

Components supplied include pre-coated strip plates, a biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls where applicable, buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB substrate and stop reagents, together with a detailed procedure.
