CD74, also called the invariant chain (Ii), is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein that acts as a chaperone for MHC class II molecules and serves as a cell-surface receptor for macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF). Researchers use this Assay Genie ELISA kit to quantify CD74 levels across multiple human sample matrices for studies of antigen presentation, B-cell maturation, inflammatory signaling, and tumor microenvironment biology. The standard curve spans 0.156–10 ng/mL, with 100 µL of sample loaded per well, and absorbance readings are taken on standard microplate readers, with concentrations interpolated against the included standard curve.
