Description

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of CCXCR1/XCR1 in human samples. The assay is reactive with human samples and is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. CCXCR1, also known as XCR1, is a chemokine receptor involved in immune cell trafficking, with relevance to research in inflammation, autoimmune disease, and infection.

According to the manufacturer's specification, the kit has a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Spiking recovery in human samples is reported as 87–103% (average 97%) for serum, 86–100% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–100% (average 92%) for heparin plasma. Linearity data for human serum at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is provided as 94–103%, 82–101%, and 81–90% respectively; for EDTA plasma as 85–102%, 86–100%, and 81–94%; and for heparin plasma as 85–104%, 87–100%, and 80–100%.

The protocol follows a six-step procedure: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop solution addition prior to reading. Kits should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
