Human CCT3 ELISA Kit (HUFI04575)

The Assay Genie Human CCT3 ELISA Kit is a 96 Assays immunoassay built around the Chaperonin Containing TCP1 subunit 3 (CCT3, also called TRiC-gamma), a core component of the eukaryotic cytosolic TRiC/CCT chaperonin complex. CCT3 contributes to ATP-dependent folding of actin, tubulin, and many client proteins, and altered CCT3 expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer, and other tumor types, making quantitative serum and plasma measurement useful in cell-biology and oncology research workflows.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, capture and detection antibodies, standards, and reagents to generate a standard curve read at the appropriate wavelength. The protocol requires a 100 uL sample addition per well, with incubations performed at room temperature unless otherwise noted, and the kit components should be refrigerated upon arrival and protected from light to preserve antibody activity.
