Human CCR6 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the precise and reliable measurement of C-C chemokine receptor type 6 (CCR6) in human samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. Using a double antibody Sandwich ELISA format with colorimetric detection, the assay is read at 450 nm. It delivers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL across a range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with the kit intended for storage at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity for serum at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 85-103%, 86-102% and 85-102%; for EDTA plasma 82-94%, 90-98% and 88-101%; and for heparin plasma 93-100%, 81-98% and 84-99%. Average recovery is 95% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma.
