Human CCR5/CD195 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie, configured for human reactivity and validated with serum and plasma sample types. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method read at 450 nm and runs for 120 minutes. Its measuring range is 0.313-20ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.188ng/ml.

Spike-and-recovery testing yielded averages of 99% for serum (range 95-102%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 86-104%), and 98% for heparin plasma (range 86-105%). Dilutional linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ran 88-104%, 88-104%, and 89-101% for serum; 84-101%, 83-96%, and 87-98% for EDTA plasma; and 80-90%, 81-98%, and 80-91% for heparin plasma. Coefficients of variation were 4.35%, 3.56%, and 3.87% intra-assay and 4.07%, 3.21%, and 4.91% inter-assay.
