Human CCR3 ELISA Kit

CCR3, also known as chemokine receptor 3, CD193, or CMKBR3, is a chemokine receptor involved in inflammatory responses and immune regulation, with abnormal expression associated with allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. The procedure includes a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, and 10–20 minutes of TMB color development in the dark before absorbance is read at 450 nm. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.

Reported recovery ranges are 94-103% for serum (average 98%), 87-104% for EDTA plasma (average 97%), and 93-104% for heparin plasma (average 98%).
