Human CCL3L1/LD78 ELISA Kit

Developed by Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human CCL3L1 (LD78) in research samples. CCL3L1 is a chemokine involved in immune response and inflammation, with relevance to autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and inflammatory conditions. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay has a reported sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Recovery has been characterised across serum (average 97%, range 86–101%), EDTA plasma (average 97%, range 85–100%) and heparin plasma (average 97%, range 92–104%), and linearity tested at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for the same matrices. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The workflow uses a pre-coated plate with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin conjugate, developed with TMB substrate. Primary incubation is performed at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, and HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
