Human CCL27/CTACK ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Human CCL27/CTACK ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA designed for the precise quantitative measurement of CCL27 in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. CCL27, also known as Cutaneous T-cell-attracting Chemokine (CTACK), is a chemokine involved in attracting T-cells to the skin and regulating immune responses, and it has been linked to inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, making it a valuable biomarker for research into these diseases.

The kit uses colorimetric detection with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL. It is intended for use with human samples and should be stored at 2–8°C, where it remains stable for up to 12 months. Reported validation data show strong linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples, along with consistent recovery in the same matrices.

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate following a simple protocol: after equilibration of reagents and TMB substrate, standards, samples and controls are incubated at 37°C for antigen binding, followed by sequential binding of a biotin-labelled detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, colour development with TMB substrate in the dark, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm immediately after addition of the stop solution.
