The assay delivers a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL across a working range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported linearity across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions spans 85-104% for serum, 82-99% for EDTA plasma, and 80-100% for heparin plasma, while spike-and-recovery averages of 92% (serum), 96% (EDTA plasma), and 95% (heparin plasma) demonstrate reliable performance across matrices. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C and remain stable for 12 months.

CCL26 is a CC-family chemokine involved in eosinophil recruitment and has been linked to inflammatory and allergic conditions such as asthma, atopic dermatitis, and allergic rhinitis. The workflow involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples onto the pre-coated plate with incubation at 37°C, sequential binding of a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, color development with TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop step before absorbance is read at 450 nm.
