Human CCL24/Eotaxin-2/MPIF-2 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human CCL24 (also referred to as Eotaxin-2, MPIF-2, SCYA24 or Ckb-6; Uniprot O00175) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The product is intended for research use only.

The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format in which the capture antibody is pre-coated onto the plate and a biotin-conjugated antibody serves as the detection reagent. After incubation and washing, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) is added and unbound conjugates are washed away. TMB substrate is then applied, producing a blue colour that turns yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution. Absorbance is read at 450 nm and the analyte concentration is calculated from the standard curve.

The reported range is 15.625–1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, sample dilution buffer, biotin-labelled antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC) and its dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25× wash buffer and a plate sealer.
