Human CCL21 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of C-C motif chemokine 21 (CCL21) in human samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. CCL21 is a chemokine involved in immune cell trafficking and activation, with research relevance to inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders and various cancers.

Reported sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions (n = 5) is 86–101%, 85–101% and 81–97% for serum; 91–105%, 87–99% and 83–98% for EDTA plasma; and 86–98%, 87–105% and 91–99% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 98% for serum (range 87–105%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 95–105%) and 97% for heparin plasma (range 85–102%). The workflow uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
