Human CCL2 DIY ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human CCL2 DIY ELISA Kit enables researchers to quantify monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1/CCL2), a pro-inflammatory chemokine central to monocyte and macrophage recruitment, in cell culture supernatants and clinical specimens using a do-it-yourself microplate workflow. Because the kit ships without a pre-coated plate, laboratories can adapt the protocol to their preferred plate format and scale up to 10 plates from the included reagents, making it economical for high-throughput inflammation, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neuroscience studies.

The assay delivers a detection range of approximately 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity near 5 pg/mL, using about 100 µL of sample per well. Capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant CCL2 standard, and streptavidin-HRP conjugate are supplied as a complete reagent pack.
