Human CCL18/PARC ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a high-quality sandwich ELISA kit for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CCL18 (also known as PARC, AMAC-1, DC-CK1, MIP-4 and pulmonary and activation-regulated chemokine) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The colorimetric, double-antibody immunoassay reacts with human samples and is intended for cell biology research focused on chemokine signalling and immune response.

The assay detects C-C motif chemokine 18 with a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/ml across a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/ml. Validation in spiked matrices demonstrated consistent recovery in serum (85–103%, average 93%), EDTA plasma (86–105%, average 97%) and UFH plasma (89–104%, average 96%), while serial dilution showed strong linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 ratios across the same matrices. Precision data show intra-assay CV below 8% and inter-assay CV below 10%. The kit is supplied with components for storage at 4°C for six months. For Research Use Only.
