Human CCL14/HCC-1 ELISA Kit

A high-quality sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human CCL14 (also known as HCC-1, Chemokine C-C-Motif Ligand 14) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated streptavidin, producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

Key analytical specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a standard curve range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.
