Human CCDC93 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 93) ELISA Kit (HUFI03428)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures endogenous Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 93 (CCDC93) in research specimens from human donors. CCDC93 is a peripheral membrane protein that forms part of the endosomal CCC complex together with CCDC22 and members of the COMMD family, where it supports cargo retrieval from endosomes back to the trans-Golgi network and plasma membrane. The kit supports research into intracellular trafficking pathways, copper homeostasis regulation, and rare COMMD1/CCDC22-associated developmental disorders, where loss-of-function variants in CCDC93 have been linked to defective cargo sorting. Each pack supplies pre-coated microplate strips along with detection antibody, standards, and wash buffer sufficient to run the full plate of determinations. Reconstituted reagents should be stored frozen in aliquots to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles, while the working buffer is stable for short-term refrigerated use for the duration of an experiment.
