Human Ccdc82/Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 83 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human CCDC82 (Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 82, also known as HT025) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, and absorbance is read at 450 nm.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix), and recovery was assessed in the same three matrices. The protocol consists of six steps: reagent and plate preparation, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation, TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and a stop reaction followed by absorbance reading at 450 nm. Samples should be processed according to the kit instructions (for example, serum is allowed to clot and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 20 minutes, and plasma is collected with anticoagulant and centrifuged at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2-8°C). The kit is intended for research use in investigating CCDC82 biology and its potential implications in disease.
