Linearity data for serum (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions are 83-96%, 82-96%, and 83-100%; EDTA plasma 94-101%, 92-100%, and 83-101%; heparin plasma 91-98%, 84-95%, and 88-97%. Recovery ranges and averages are 85-105% (97%) for serum, 90-99% (94%) for EDTA plasma, and 86-103% (99%) for heparin plasma. Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months. The procedure includes incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
