Human CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein alpha (CEBPA) ELISA Kit

CEBPA is a bZIP transcription factor that plays a key role in regulating gene expression involved in cell growth, differentiation and immune response. Dysregulation of CEBPA has been linked to leukemia, liver cancer and metabolic disorders, supporting its relevance as a biomarker in disease research. The protein is encoded on chromosome 19q13.1 (UniProt P49715).

According to Assay Genie, the assay has a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.065 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV, inter-assay CV, linearity and recovery figures are provided with the kit, and detection is colorimetric.
