Human CBX3/Chromobox Homolog 3 ELISA Kit

CBX3 is a chromobox protein involved in chromatin structure and gene regulation, with roles in maintaining genome stability and controlling gene expression, and is relevant to research in cancer, neurological disorders, and developmental abnormalities. Spiked-sample recovery ranges from 91–104% in serum, 89–101% in EDTA plasma, and 87–103% in heparin plasma, with averages of 98%, 93%, and 96% respectively. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported at 88–101%, 85–98% and 85–103% in serum, 86–99%, 86–101% and 83–101% in EDTA plasma, and 87–95%, 82–94% and 81–86% in heparin plasma.
